To include for up to 60 guests all day:

• Civil ceremony in the Greenwood Room
• Drinks reception and photographs in the Garden Room & Patio
• Wedding breakfast and evening reception in the Greenwood Room

Drinks

• Welcome drink of either a glass of Mulled Wine or a glass of Bucks Fizz
• 2 glasses of house wine (125ml glasses) will be provided per person and will be split equally between white and red during your wedding breakfast
• A glass of Sparkling Wine will be served as your toast drink

WEDDING BREAKFAST

You can choose from the following menus to be served as your wedding breakfast:

Starter

• Winter vegetable soup
• Carrot, parsnip and coriander soup
• French onion soup, aioli croûte

Main Course

• Supreme of chicken, white wine and wholegrain mustard sauce
• Roasted loin of pork, apricot stuffing, cider and apple jus
• Salmon fillet, lemon beurre blanc/li>

Pudding

• Glazed lemon tart, mango sorbet, crème anglaise
• Tiramisu
• Lemon cheesecake, red berry jam

Main course is served with seasonal potatoes and vegetables. Coffee and chocolate is served after pudding. Of course, all dietary requirements and allergy restrictions can be catered for. Please use the menu as a guide, should you have a particular favourite dish please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate. Menu changes may incur a supplement. Please note menu tastings will not be available.

EVENING MENU

Menu served during the evening reception:

• Sticky sweet chilli and coriander chicken wings
• Char-grilled, hickory spiced chicken drum sticks
• Southern style potato wedges

Sandwiches:

• Honey roasted ham, wholegrain mustard
• Poached salmon, lemon and pepper mayonnaise
• Mature cheddar cheese, home-made chutney
